How it works
- Send a request or call. Tell us which rooms, roughly what you have in mind, and when you'd like to start.
- Meet at the house. A walk-through to talk about how you live, what's staying, and what the budget needs to cover.
- Get the scope and fee. A written proposal that lists the rooms, the deliverables and the design fee before anything starts.
- Design and install. Concepts, selections and drawings, then ordering, trade coordination and the final install.
What Tampa Bay asks of an interior
Hard light, year-round humidity, open floor plans and a lot of homes bought sight unseen shape what works here.
Strong light all year
West-facing rooms in Tampa get harsh afternoon sun that washes out pale colors and fades fabrics. Colors are chosen in the room, at different times of day.
Color and material selectionHumidity and salt air
Solid wood swells, unsealed stone stains and some finishes fail near the water. Material selection here has to account for the climate.
New-construction finishesOpen plans and tall ceilings
Most homes built since the 1990s are one big room. Furniture placement and scale do the job walls used to do.
Furniture and furnishingA fast-moving market
Buyers here often decide from photos. Staging and a cohesive finish palette change how a listing reads online.

Common questions
How does an interior design project start?
With an in-home consultation. From there you get a written scope with the rooms, the deliverables and the design fee. Design work starts once you approve it.
Do you work with my existing furniture?
Yes. Most projects keep pieces that work and replace the ones that don't. The walk-through sorts out which is which.
Do you handle the construction too?
Design, drawings and selections are ours. Construction, electrical and plumbing are performed by licensed and insured Florida contractors, and we coordinate with them.
What areas do you serve?
Tampa and the surrounding communities in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. See the full service area list.
Is there a minimum project size?
No. A single room with a clear goal is a fine project. The scope and fee are sized to the work.
